Founder and Principal
Maria is a senior healthcare operations and transformation leader with experience spanning healthcare, digital health, and complex service organizations. She has led enterprise-scale operational improvement, quality initiatives, and execution turnarounds in environments requiring speed, discipline, and credibility.
Her background includes executive leadership roles, Lean and performance system design, and hands-on operational execution across clinical and non-clinical domains. She is known for stepping into ambiguity, aligning leaders, and restoring execution where initiatives have stalled.
Maria works directly with CEOs, boards, and senior leaders during periods of transition or operational pressure.
BRANDON VEBER

Collaborator
Brandon Veber is a senior technical collaborator with experience supporting operational and digital initiatives across healthcare, engineering, and complex service environments. His background includes systems design, data and analytics support, and technical problem-solving in support of operational execution.
Brandon partners with Altatude Consulting on select engagements where technical insight, systems integration, or analytical support strengthens execution outcomes. His role is focused on enabling leaders and operators to move work forward efficiently and reliably.
JENNIFER CHIA
Principal (In Memoriam)
Jennifer was a founding collaborator whose insight, leadership, and values remain integral to Altatude Consulting’s work and philosophy.

Jennifer graduated with a BS in Psychology and History. She put them to use at Daimler where she led teams in digital and operational excellence studying behavior and the evolution of the company and how that tied to their current state. She also spent several years at Nike where she successfully implemented projects on digital storage internationally and implemented Lean strategies to various business verticals across the company. Jennifer has lived abroad and supported strategy deployment across business sectors and improved flow through the challenges of many foreign languages and cultures in a highly regulated government industry.
Jennifer is known for her ability to build rapport and drive results by capitalizing on people's creative side, her passion and drive, discipline and respect.

Jennifer has finished marathons, traveled extensively, loves competition, being on the edge, engaging discussions, and her beautiful daughter and family.
