MARIA VEBER
Founder and Principal
Maria graduated with a MBA and MA Organizational Management and Leadership; BA in Nursing and trained in the Toyota Production System (aka Lean) by Shingijutsu. She has completed several certifications in: Agile Leadership; Operations; Leadership Coaching and Mentoring; Positive Psychology; Finance; Venture Capital; Private Equity and several Healthcare classes.
Maria has spent her career studying behavior and culture and the impacts these have on business success. She has helped companies of 50 employees to greater than 50,000. She brings a great deal of depth to Strategic Planning, Transformation, Developing Leaders and mentoring, and works closely with C-Suite to implement change.

Maria has finished marathons duathlons, hiked several mountains, directed youth leagues, sold her art; likewise enjoys learning, and working with kids and animals.

BRANDON VEBER
Solutions Architect
Brandon graduated with an MS Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and BS Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He completed several software certifications, has taught classes at the U of Wisconsin, has completed several hands on projects as well as consulted to large food, retail, healthcare and engineering companies.

Brandon has consistently led successful projects in designing algorithms related to predicting future outcomes, machine learning, data analytics as well as value stream mapping and evaluating flow.
​
Brandon is an active runner who has completed marathons, enjoys developing personal use software programs, and training his two Border Collies with his wife.

JENNIFER CHIA
Principal
Jennifer graduated with a BS in Psychology and History. She put them to use at Daimler where she led teams in digital and operational excellence studying behavior and the evolution of the company and how that tied to their current state. She also spent several years at Nike where she successfully implemented projects on digital storage internationally and implemented Lean strategies to various business verticals across the company. Jennifer has lived abroad and supported strategy deployment across business sectors and improved flow through the challenges of many foreign languages and cultures in a highly regulated government industry.
Jennifer is known for her ability to build rapport and drive results by capitalizing on people's creative side, her passion and drive, discipline and respect.
